2. What information do we collect?
When you join The Body Care Lab waitlist, we may collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your country or location
Your consent to join the waitlist and receive launch-related communications
The date and time of your submission, where recorded by our systems
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the waitlist form.
3. Why do we collect your information?
We use your information to:
Manage The Body Care Lab waitlist
Contact you about the launch of The Body Care Lab
Send relevant pre-launch and launch updates
Understand where interest in The Body Care Lab is coming from and help us plan future availability
We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without informing you and, where required, obtaining additional consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You provide this consent when you actively select the consent checkbox before submitting the waitlist form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. How is your information stored and processed?
The Body Care Lab website is created and hosted using Framer.
Information submitted through the waitlist form may be processed by Framer in order to operate and transmit the form submission.
Waitlist information is currently stored in a private Google Sheets document accessible only to authorised persons.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.
6. Service providers
We currently use the following service providers in connection with the waitlist:
Framer B.V.
Website hosting and form processing.
Google
Google Sheets is used to securely organise and store waitlist submissions.
These service providers may process personal data on our behalf or as otherwise described in their applicable privacy terms.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law will be used.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your waitlist information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Unless you withdraw your consent earlier, we currently intend to retain waitlist data until the launch of The Body Care Lab and for no longer than 12 months following the launch.
We may retain limited records of consent where reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
